Yom huledet sameach balan or יום הולדת שמח or Happy Burpday
Good friends : חברים טובים Thank you all for the wish of Happy Birthday to me. ( I have hit that number together with an '0' attached . It has its good sides and a different side. The good side is our weather ,and to know that you have friends, ( the different side is that nobody knows or cares about Burnley here, so any game even Burnley on t v, I am alone, even watching alone, and no booze up, no celebrations ! ( if any lads know about Football here, its about Man ewe, we have to step into leadership of the Prem for many years, then a bunch of us can sit and watch, any games on tv, and booze all together.
You know, and have seen some players enter on the pitch ,holding up their hands look towards the sky ,and later continue with their game,) a little touch of sentiment there ) Here in Jerusalem some, even many approach the Wailing wall, or part of the Holy Temple mount, ,which was part of once their 2nd temple, and stuff notes into the Wailing wall, it is said that the Divine Presence never leaves the wall, according to the Jews, it could be soon if I go there, and stuff a note into this wall with BURNLEY F C, written on it ! If after we do not take first place in the Prem, I will complain!!!
The rationale behind placing prayer notes in the Wall has been traced to the Midrashic teaching that the Divine Presence has never moved from the Western Wall, and the Kabbalistic teaching that all prayers ascend to Heaven through the Temple Mount, which the Western Wall abuts.
No charge lads its all for BURNLEY!!!

An average of 3,500 prayer notes are sent via the Western Wall Heritage Foundation's website. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 alone, 100,000 notes have been sent from all over the world, including Jordan and the UAE.
Chris: Your Hebrew is perfect !! But Burpday I am trying to figure that one out!!
Late in the day Balan, however, happy birthday wishes to you.
K'chris I am in an Israeli Kibbutz, so that, 'lil old Burnley', ( it would be a case of what? who? With anybody here). But hey ,the sunshine is out now everyday. And yes, its almost 8 am,( when as a schoolboy, in Rishton I played Cricket, first thing I would do is look outside to see what day it would turn out to be, rain cloudy or sunshine?) Actually there were/are, Cricket teams here ,I played for one in the Haifa region ,they were mostly from India, a best part about that is they would bring some 'curried nosh' home made stuff! So when the break came, wow! delicious, and eaten outside in a shady area! The past ,the days of wine and r ? Football boots??
Some History, Balan! I had a g f from the Philippines ,her home town was Balanbam. ( She is still there and looking for a handsome lover ,with cash! (PS, she is very pretty) I can put in a good word .......You are a Burnley supporter !.....and when you smile you can see your white teeth!
Cheers S sub, still sleepy here, but at least sunshine outside, that also makes my day. :-)
Feliz cumpleaños Balan.🍰🍰🍺
