I have said it for weeks, you have to win games to stay up, QPR have shown that and the thing is with us, we haven't looked likely or capable of winning a game of football in recent games. That is why we are all focusing on other teams and advanced football mathmatics because deep down we do not see us winning, no matter how much we want it (and as fans we all do), we have all seen enough football over the years to know when a team looks to have it in them to win, and how many can put their hands on their hearts and say they see that in us?

Roly - possible that the last game of the season will see both Reading and Rotherham playing teams who are safe. In which case, will Wigan's desire to see us join them in the drop trump Warnock's desire to see Rotherham preserve their Championship status?

Hoping it doesn't come down to such fine margins and reliance on the mindset of other teams!!

Derby - I think I saw enough in that second half against Bristol City to suggest that we still have both the ability and desire to win matches.

It's not over at all. Just get one more point OURSELVES and we are 100% safe.

Brin got that wrong didn't realise Huddersfield have another game Thursday but still same Monday pick a side who will match the physicality of Middlesbrough.

It's a sad state of affairs but I doubt we are able to pick an XI physically capable of playing 90+ minutes let alone compete with the likes of 'Boro. It'll come down to how big their heart is and how much they want it and it's MT's job to make sure they leave nothing in the tank.

CAM that's why I said play 4-5-1 Monday make us hard to break down. I'd say we have enough players with the heart to give Middlesbrough a game.

Middlesbrough won’t want to risk injury to their squad, keep them fresh for the playoffs.

A good time to play them

A bit more on the udders situation. If they were to pick up 1 point or less in their next 2 games we would be safe. 2 points would mean we would be safe if we didnt throw away a 7 goal gd in our last 2 games. So important they lose tomorrow.

one thing we have to do is not play Quina or Fosu in the next 2 games. We are gonna need players with fight and bottle. i wunt even put em on subs bench.

Suggest we go 9-0-1 and get the point with just Hugill up front for a potential tap when he’s robbed their keeper
