    Think you're right. The guy has achieved zilch apart from a few "Manager of the month" plaudits, and the last nearly 10 years ago.

    Lunatics have most certainly taken over the asylum, and his appointment is even more evidence, as if it was required, of the sheer idiocy that infests our executive.

    Big Sam is the right man to help us at this point.
    If somehow we now get 4 or 6 pts before end of season and stay up, the pain is worth it.

    Hopefully get a new long term manager in the summer.

    He won't we will get stuffed 3/4-0 minimum every game from now till the end of season.

    I expect him to play the most negative, attritional football, relying on set pieces to get goals.

    I dont like it, but he is the type of manager that will pick up unexpected points and maybe sneak a win somehow. That's exactly what we need now someone that can get the team to stop heamorrhaging goals and maybe steal a draw or an undeserved win.

    4 games left, who of those available, would give us a better chance of salvaging the season?
