With the home team keeping the gate for League matches fans attending away games are handing over their admission money to the home club instead of Dundee Football Club.
They would be better not travelling to away games and keeping the money they have saved to sponsor a Dundee FC first team player or Academy player.
Supporters clubs do more than just run buses to away matches, they sponsor players (3 this season for us), organise hospitality at Dens for large numbers, sell tickets for player of the year and Hall of Fame dinners, but you probably all ready knew this type of thing happened,

Can you imagine if all teams never had away fans, the game would be finished up here

I never knew about the Hall of Fame dinner which I thought would be organised by Dundee Football Club and I imagine that each supporters club is responsible for organising and booking their own hospitality.
Football would not be finished up here as we are currently subsidising the other clubs in the Championship with the number of Dundee supporters who travel to Away games compared to the number of Away supporters who come to Dens Park.
101 Cove Rangers supporters at last Friday night’s game.
Ross County brought just over 100 supporters to games at Dens when we were playing them in the Premier League last season.
Which players have the DSA sponsored this season as the club website is still showing the sponsors of the players during the 2021-22 (last) season.
Dee4life are still listed as sponsoring Sean Byrne and Paul McGowan despite not sponsoring any players this season as they were going to pay for the full cost of the installation of an E ticketing scheme in Dens Park which the management of Dundee Football Club turned down.

According to the enclosed list of first team players on the Dundee Football Club website the Billy Steel Dark Blues have sponsored two players and the Pat Liney Dark Blues have sponsored one player. https://dundeefc.co.uk/team/first-team/

You've repeated said that's out of date and I've repeatedly repiled that an up to date list is in the match programme each week but you use an old list that you criticised to suit your own argument.
The fact is lots of supporters club sponsored players in recent seasons as has the DSA

A lot more people worldwide look at the Dundee Football Club website which should be up to date than a few hundred people who purchase a match programme when there is a home game which is not every week.
