    Credit where Credit Due

Mowbray been the best manager in the
League. Sunderland just come up - consistent - no high earners - lots of young kids - lots of energy and zip and out footballed us! Good luck to them and yes they have players who can score!

Coventry too - good manager - no high earners and young players who run their heart out for the badge! To think not long ago they had no ground to call home!

Even Luton - no high earners whatsoever and very modest resources so have done brilliant!

We need to look at the three teams above and learn! Two of the highest earning players in the Championship will be Wallace and Swift! Nobody else wanted them or could afford them and can’t see anyone who would want them now if in a fire sale of players!

The moral of the story is young, passionate players with lots of energy! It’s clearly not just about money but RECRUITMENT!

Like you Al I would have loved us to get him before Bruce or for this season, Bruce should never have got a chance to manage us 5his season after his performance last season

Love Mowbray he is a class act

I, too, like Mowbray but not Sunderland, I hope they lose in the playoffs.

Love the style of football seen from Sunderland. Not a fan of our sideways - backwards slow pedestrian movement and again this was evident today. Perhaps a play maker such as a Pereira would improve things but not a single player to match him!

CC looked almighty p issed off on the final whistle and hopefully he was thinking - a huge clear out! We didn’t deserve to make the play offs as there’s no quality there and no goal scorer!

It was a really good game of football. Takes two good teams for that. It’s been a great final day in the championship, just didn’t work out for us. I hate it when commentators are full of praise for the team and Corberan but our own fans slag the team off and players at every opportunity. Can’t see the point or motive?

Unfortunately, the financial situation (thank you to the ******* runt) is more likely to shape the team for next season than any ideas Carlos might have.

Every individual has different expectations! A good team consistently gets three points by taking their chances. Sadly in life - losers get nothing!

If I was Corberon - I would be studying the formula of Luton, Coventry and Sunderland whose players will be on a fraction of most of ours!

Can’t keep blaming Lai Ketts! Look at what we have spent in the last few years to say Sunderland and Coventry! Look at our player salaries compared with these teams! We wasted 40 million alone on Grady - Grant and Dike which is probably half of the clubs now worth!

Lai didn’t sign dud players or offer lengthy contracts for garbage! Lai didn’t choose Albrighton or Chaiabah who are both crap!

I’m not referring to this season in that last post of mine, I was referring to the options, or lack of, that Carlos will have for next season and that is most certainly down to the Chinese runt.
