Nelms was the CEO of a kiddies soccer club in Austin Texas before he arrived at Dens Park as part of FPS.
I am not surprised that he is no use at running a Scottish professional football (soccer) club.
One thing Nelms is good at is surrounding himself with a very close circle of friends who do his bidding.

I'm not surprised either at his inability to step up from running a kids team to running what used to be a proper Scottish team. Surrounding himself with brown nosers, sycophants or whatever you want to call them is not so surprising as this is not uncommon in many companies or indeed in businesses in the USA. Whatever way you look at it he seems totally out of his depth, tin eared in the extreme, useless at communication and totally insensitive to others.

I simply point out when he's wrong, which he often is, or when his view is outdated. When he's right I say he's right. That's not bullying him, it's helping him.
