71 minutes gone… and the pilot begins accelerating down the runway…. 1-0 up and 20 minutes left. Flight mode for 3 hours….!!!! Felt like an age
Well done to all. Still prefer this league, but now its Wednesday I will hope they do it.
Mrs Jules has already bought season tickets for next season, ( first day of early bird )…. Her choice, I said I wouldn’t, but she missed it this year….
I am in two minds. One says id like to see a season again in League one when we win plenty and .
One says we cant lose at Wembley to Wednesday.

This team will need some big additions if we go up to avoid a repetition of last time.

If we stay down, the board will be seriously tested in its intentions. If we go up, it makes it easy for them. Whatever happens, this season sure beats what we have been served up for the majority of the past 4 seasons.

    Well done to all concerned.

Just watched a rerun of the match and I thought we showed great organisation and unity. Two bits of quality in the game which produced 1 goal. The excellent cross by Connell was nicely headed in by Kitching and the effort from Phillips in the second half where his volley struck the woodwork.

The scenes afterwards were great to watch. A real carnival atmosphere once the pitch cleared and our players could do their lap of appreciation.

It wasn't a very good game but ROMA's Reds got the job done and that's what counts. Now go and smash the S6 pigs at Wembley.UTB

Regardless of what they did against an appalling Posh team on the night, who they had lost 4-0 to the previous week!.
That doesn't have any bearing on the Final.
And we are the only team to do the double over them, and we do have Micky Duff in charge don't we. 😁
