Also, I always have to tone down my appreciation a little when someone I admire - say, the Manic Street Preachers’ James Dean Bradfield - turns out to be a Forest fan.

While talking about Forest, does anyone know what’s happening with the rebuild of their main stand? Last I heard, they were putting it on hold for another season and keeping the current capacity in 23/24.
They have got to sort out where the Rowing Club will be temporarily rehoused while the work is going on, until that happens they can't begin so as you say it won't be until next year at the earliest although I'm dubious they'll ever do it.

Thanks for the update. Definitely doesn't seem to be much urgency to solve the problems and get it rebuilt.
