It seems the inbreds might have noted the success of our investment:

Looks like we could be in for some local opposition. The proposed new courts in Sneinton will be indoor with changing facilities and a lounge area, things we don't offer. We get a mention in the article, but not good news for us if it goes ahead.

The Nottingham Tennis Centre have 3 brand new courts. They have canopies as well so much better in the winter. Might be too hot in the summer though?

I don't think it would matter too much unless the price point is significantly lower.

Me and my friends have fancied a few on the day sessions recently and quite often it's only been the 10pm available.

I do not view this as a negative. Yes it is competition but you do not want to be only show in town or similar you want multiple sites which opens it up to more people and increases the sport?s popularity.

I would be very interested to know who well or poorly the club?s one has been doing

More courts is no bad thing. As Tommopie says getting courts can be a challenge. Playing at 4om today. Couple in the Navi after before I escape the incoming Man Utd hordes

Ours are only temporary anyway, when we reach the Prem we'll need to clear them for the extra tier in the Kop.
