I must have done something right cause they kept me on then they trained you on machine tools lathes millers not at Millmoor! etc...
I'm a bit younger than you - I did an engineering YTS at EITB on Petre Street In Sheffield at 16 then onto Durham Duplex, again on Petre Street as a Surface Grinder.

Work behind a desk, Monday - Friday 9-5 now though.
