    Duffer

On the short-list for the Swansea job, according to the BBC. Squeaky bum time for Acido.

I hope Duffer does not do the “gun for hire” managerial merry go round thing. He’s better than that.

Tricky one for any ambitious young manager. Swansea has the potential to be a very big club indeed, no reason why they can't make a return to the PL. He's in a good place at Barnsley and I hope he stays there, but if he gets asked it's a tough one to turn down.

Sorry I have to disagree.I was a season ticket holder for 6 years when Toshack was Manager and Leighton was there.Their list of ex Managers
is very impressive but,in reality nowadays, they are more likely to be in the 1st Div than the EPL.American owners who put little money in
and they sell their best players ie Dan James and our own signing.I don't think Connor would be interested and if I was Duffer I would stay
where I was.Not a lot of difference between them and Cardiff these days

Fair enough barrie, you'll know far more about them than I do. My advice to Duffer then is, stay where you are.

Doesn't seem like he's taking your advice sinkov, he's Swansea bound by all accounts.

Maybe his wife doesn't like Barnsley Market. We've always found it really good.

Seriously I'm surprised.Swansea have a very good record for Managers but I haven't heard any rumours down here that there
is likely to be any serious investment in the Club.

F*k him and his promises, saying he was here for the long haul etc, and this move wasn't about money etc!.
I really respected him for being the good coach that he is, and for giving us the season we've just had. And now that's quite literally, all gone up the swanny. 😵
