    No matter what.
As I’ve said in the past - instead of whining all the time, come the next supporters meeting yer need to get off yer ar@e and make an effort to go and talk to the directors face to face.

You see the difference between myself and you is that I get to know what the likes of Khaled are really like , the competence of the job they do , the way they are with their subordinates and how that plays out with the health of the club .

You on the other hand get moist around the under crackers when you are in a forum getting told what they want you to hear .

This isn't exactly something I like saying but there's no other way , you could go to a hundred forum meetings held by the club and you wouldn't find out what I find out on any given Monday morning .

If you were getting told what I get told and you'll have to trust me on this you wouldn't trumpet the hierarchy on Grove Street so much .

    You really wouldn't .

Despite my references to YN in my previous post I don't know why Duff's left the club because very few people inside the club know either .

Possibly only Duff , Khaled , Neerav , JAQ and the Cryne's and some of those may only know bits n bobs .

The player's don't know that I do know with some confidence .

Which is why I started this thread , I still smell a rat .

You're over-thinking it. He's gone to a bigger club, in a higher division, and this next bit is the clincher, for a (much) bigger salary.

I know it's hard for us supporters to understand but footballers, managers, coaches, agents would sell their grannies for a few bob more. They are mercenaries. They wear your badge, not for love, but for money.

View them as they view you.

Don't overthink it. It will drive you bat**** crazy.

I get what your saying and more or less agree with it Grumps in a one size fits all narrative .

I'm not certain whether you've read any of Duff's statements but he was clearly specific on a number of occasions that he wasn't your fly by night merchant and backed that up with references to the fact he'd only worked professionally at two previous clubs .

The way he came across and conducted himself here these last 12 months most definitely gave you confidence that he was genuine and honest .

Don't get me wrong we aren't talking here about the next Gareth Ainsworth but I think it's reasonable for us to have thought he'd have at least given it another go this coming season .

The music playing in the background with me personally is I know at least in a professional capacity our CEO isn't viewed with many people who work for him with any great love at the club .

We've also the matter that even in a huge turnover industry we as a club as a percentage have a higher rate than the majority .

Your probably right I may well be over thinking it but there's mitigating circumstances why I've probably done so .

The old saying Animal is that talk is cheap. You know that mate, as do I.

Regarding BFC, without wanting to be over dramatic, the constant share issues should be viewed as major red flags. And yet I note some of your fans lauding them as a sign of commitment at board room level. Almost as though they are a good thing. No, no, for fecks sake, nooooo. Successful, stable, businesses do not dilute share holding on a regular basis. In fact, ideally they don't do it at all.

Its groudhog day and has been for years.

Same thing over and over.... new manager needed and new team every close season.

And they wonder why some of us are disenfranchised with this shambles. A project begins, the embryo of success emerges and then its all dismantled time and again.

100% spot on. Good luck to Rotherham. You managed to stay up now build on it.

Both myself and SB have been consistent in our views regarding the rights issues last season and neither of us thought they were a good solution to the club's financial health .

I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm your everyday Financial Times reader by any means , I get by in some areas at best but even with my limitations I could work it out that creating shares without ever having increased the club's value through financial growth or league position is akin to paying your mortgage with a credit card , eventually something will give which normally plays out when you've maxed the credit card out .

The club may be able to soldier on with some sales such as Andersen , Styles or Luca Connell but that's entirely down to market forces .

I wouldn't go as far as to say we've lost control of our financial situation but we sure as hell aren't in charge of it either .
