Couldn’t think of anything worse! Can’t even bare watching a minute of it in the comfort of my home with a glass of wine! Heaving crowds - filth - dirt - drugs and a rip off!

I used to watch highlights on TV. No standing around waiting for the acts to come on etc and there were always some bands or artists I liked appearing. But when some complete talentless tw* called Stormzy headlined I decided it was finished so now I give it a miss.

Caught a minute of Jo Whiley presenting, wowsers…..she’s 58 next week and still absolutely stunning.

I’d rather watch her for 12 hours than most of that sh it e.

Used to watch bits on catch up just in case I found myself missing out on new bands or artists I might like but (maybe it's an age thing 🤔&#128512 I rarely found one and really don't get or much like Grime.

I've watched a few older bands on catch up this year but they've mostly been disappointing too. Used to really like the early Arctics but not so much the new stuff, Blondie can still play but-like so many older singers- Debbie Harry's voice has gone now, and even the Manics (who I used to love live) seemed off the pace. Quite liked the Pretenders set though and also enjoyed Cat Stevens/Yusuf who might not be your ordinary Glastonbury fare but seemed to go down well. Genuinely nice man too. Elton? No thanks, think I'll pass on yet another "last" performance.

You lot are clearly too old, absolutely stereo typical old guard moaning about youngsters music!
I’m with you in respect to most of it, went to Glastonbury a few times late 80’s was a totally different festival then, now it’s far too bland and organised…

Really enjoyed the Pretenders set. Chrissie Hynde has still got it. She is only six months younger than me but I couldn't stay on my feet for an hour let alone sing for that amount of time!

Glasto is very middle class these days, £320 a ticket and a glamping tent STARTS at £3k - music like everything else seems to divide opinion these days, folk get so caught up in the scramble to make a comment relevant and divert attention towards themselves.

Arctic Monkeys was disappointing, lots of style but boring - fell asleep, Guns & Roses on the other hand smashed it. Elton John another level, no sound buds in his ears, worked the crowd and had me a bit teary as I know my late mom would have loved it.

For any Smiths fans out there check out Rick Astley's set with Blossoms, really good - he seems a top fella.
