WLB, there's not just the buy out clause, that only triggers the player's right to be interviewed. Viktor is under a new 2 year contract so that alone can command TS to demand a hefty fee for him if he doesn't want to stand in Viktor's way. I’d be looking more at Marek Rodak if Viktor goes to Leeds.

He only played two games last season for Fulham and the transfer market values him st £3 Million but Fulham would possibly want more for a Prem keeper.

Plus wages may be a barrier. Liked him when he played for us. Tall, good catcher of the ball from corners etc. commands his area well.
