Someone told me today that Barclays in West Bridgford has shut this week and although it may seem like progress enforcing contactless, it should be about choice and not alienating some of your customer base (i.e those not tech savvy and particularly the elderly) I have no problem in using either means of paying but just because some see it as progress doesn't make it right, it seems the banks are dictating everything, from how you should pay, how you should think (and if you don't think in there way they cancel you) Lets not forget they ****ed up in the 2000's massively and we bailed them out, as I've said before to other people as soon as you give up on quality and focus on quantity you may as well shut the doors.
