Too complicated to address the minor and easily solvable logistical issues. Take the easy option and chuck a few
million at it. You can wave ro the person in the nearest seat to you, 20 yards away

Reading this thread and this board reminds me of why we have no ambition.

Full of 60 plus year olds who are happy clappers just waiting for the grave type that like a good owd moan.

No wonder this boards dead, it’s run by the walking dead.

Build a stadium they will come, has that happened from a 3500 avg at millmoor?

Build more and expand or be happy with yer lot.

Smallest ground in South Yorkshire btw and apparently minute caravan dwellers two league below have a 16k stadium.

    Ambition, show it.

Agree I don't mind if they moan as long they are paying supporters at all home games or most of them.

ILC, I help run this board and enjoy doing so. Yes I’m in my 60’s but rest assured, I’m not a ‘waiting for a grave’ type of bloke. Full of life and beans as they say.

If you think this board is so bad, how about you enlighten us with your ‘younger’ outlook and entertain us with a few topics/threads or. is that asking too much?

Some people's rationale for extending the stadium seems to be that there are thousands of Rotherham people who don't come to games because they can't sit together and the solution to this would be to make existing customers move to accommodate them.
Firstly, does the club really have a list of these people who won't come or is it just a myth perpetuated on this board and secondly, what makes you think hundreds, maybe thousands of existing customers would happily agree to move?
I have my doubts on both counts.

As for expanding the stadium, if you were the Chairman and saw an average crowd of 10,500 would you so easily dip into your private savings and Chuck several MILLIONS of pounds away HOPING the crowd increases?

Ambition or stupidity, not hard to differ them is it?

Brin if you still don't think I'm a total * what gets me is when you see us in home games on whatever East stand makes us look like a lower league side. If only we made East stand up to 14,000 capacity would do me.

Sold out games from last season

    Mon 26 Dec 2022 Stoke City 11,517
    Sat 4 Feb 2023 Sheffield United 11,485
    Mon 1 May 2023 Middlesbrough 11,508

I wonder how many away ends have been sold out
