    Sky - Bt ( tnt )

We’re still a month away and it’s started already Man City Friday night - Villa to Sunday - Man Utd 8pm Saturday and forest away Monday

Why can’t football just be football on a Saturday as it’s meant to be.

He who pays the piper calls the tune.
Everything geared up for media coverage at the expense of the fans who have kept the clubs going for years at whatever level they were playing.

Could not agree more army, let the summer sports have their time in the sun. Money will destroy professional football as we have known it. Do the powers that be want any input from the supporters? Not on your life.

Let’s face it, a lot of people are getting extremely wealthy on the back of the sport. Good luck to them. It is probably the biggest form of entertainment around the world. People are willing to pay a lot to watch it. Sadly though, the financial success has been at the expense of the fans once a club makes it to the supposed nirvana of the PL. The importance of turnstiles receipts is in inverse proportion to the position in the hierarchy for many clubs. I am sure that the money paid by a supporter at the turnstile at Accrington Stanley is of far more importance to the club than at Manchester City.
