Pure guesstimate for me it would have to be Hugill on 12k a week with some close to that. So, based on that, they've got to offer Wiles and Rathbone a sizeably higher wage than what they are currently on if they wish to retain their services.

Big time now for Tony but, he knows how far he wants to push the boat out and I'm grateful he's in charge.

I doubt very much whether ITFC would travel to any away games on a train with their large entourage and equipment. It just wouldn’t be practical

So virtually every away game means a huge amount of time sitting on a bus and extra nights in hotels

Whenever we go to Portman Road we stay near Cambridge and even from there it’s a 3-4 hour round trip
Yeah but that's just wise because Cambridge is lovely and Ipswich is, how shall we say, undesirable for the most part.

I just mean for players to live, yes they may have some slightly longer away games than many teams, but they are also quite okay located given the proximity to the Capital / Es*** (some people want to live there, Freddie that way and part why he wanted the move? Or have I made that up?), Cambridge is commutable and others. Down Plymouth, as lovely as that part of the world is, there isn't as much contrast of options, as Suffolk. Not saying I'd rather live in Suffolk, depends what you want, but generally there are more options of where you want to live and what it can offer. Live in the country, live in the Capital, live on the coast. Or all the other options.

Not far off regarding Hugill’s basic.
I’d be more surprised if Wiles didn’t sign a new contract with us.
