Classic IBS,what a sad little f*cker you are.
He'll be sat at home now,w*nking himself silly over reply he gets, mine included.
be careful what you wish for
I clearly expressed my gratitude to Tony Stewart in my opening post.I would like to add that hee has been the finest chairman RUFC have had in my lifetime.
However it is clear that we cannot develop the club any further. That is not his fault. He doesn't have the money.
He does have the ability to be straight with supporters at the end of each season. I don't think he has communicated well with supporters on our limits and our ambitions.
Genuine question. Can Tony develop us any further as a club?
If the answer is no, shouldn't he be focusing on handing, the baton over to someone who can?
I really think it is time. It's not easy to find someone willing and suitable. It may take a year or so but it needs doing.
Please, no need for abuse.
If you think we are going to do well this season and you are confident, why not make a pledge on the charity bets thread to donate a few quid to the hospice?
You can set your own terms eg
Eg I pledge to pay 20 quid to the hospice if we fail to win 10 games this season
The thing is IBS. If he does go then he'll be known as Tony Stewart the Lighting guy that did well for Rotherham United.
If he stays he keeps his stature as the owner of Rotherham United and keeps getting on tv and in the papers.
That's a good point Frog and thanks for engaging in the issue without personal abuse
I think you are right in what you say but doesn't this indicate the problem? Maybe his own priorities are obscuring what's best for the club.
I appreciate this issue is very complex but I hope there is a process for handing over the club, in place. It needs to be implemented quickly before the great work TS has done becomes undone.
Yep time to move the Chansiri‘s of the world in
