I think Foakes is a certainty for Old Trafford. Bairstow has been poor behind the stumps and his batting hasn't been good enough to keep him in contention. Hopefully, Tongue will be reinstated also, in place of Robinson, and it would be good if the Manchester ground staff could produce another hard pitch. Frog, my thoughts would be to be pushing for 200+ before considering declaring. It's only day three tomorrow and there's some very bad weather coming up at the weekend. I'd hate it to be a draw and they retain the ashes.

After the dismissal of Root I think Wood is going to have a great second innings.

Books and Stokes along with the batters (because we can no longer say batsmen) that are yet to come in will knock another 150 before lunch.
