It's a possibility but the longer he doesn't play the more chance clubs will ask why not.
Then they start to look at videos freely available on internet platforms showing his disastrous clangers and they back away.
So it's actually in his own interest to get a quick move. Whether he's bright enough to realise that is another matter.

Surely his only option is to find a club in Oz where he was obviously well thought of. No reputable club in Europe will touch him so that only leaves him with very limited options so don't expect to see him gone soon ......in saying that The FUN took the lad Curran from us and gave him a 3 year deal thanks to Agent Macintyre so you never know 😉
