Nicola Richard’s needs to push this via parliament (when they are back from their massive holiday!) significant parliamentary investigation needed into the whole saga of Chinese state ownership / meddling in midlands football clubs.

What I can't get me head round is why we took a loan out , never mind the interest rate , with Warm Front .
A £2m loan, why not go to our own bank or would they see something is not right where this money i going to end up.

I think we’re all still kidding ourselves.

I think there’s still a belief that we could get promoted and the situation could be saved or that some mega rich person or group or even a bunch of chancers take the club off Lai’s hands.

I’ve seen this scenario so many times just within my own industry, companies rumoured to be in a bit of trouble, then a loan comes in, some restructuring, more rumours that things are dire, potential new owners and then BANG…..,,it falls into administration.

If I had the money and the desire I wouldn’t be buying us now, I’d be waiting.

I can only see administration and probably League One next season or the season after at latest.

That's what Hayward did with wolves, he waited till they was rock bottom before putting his off shore money in.

Agree that potential buyers would certainly wait for the lowest valuation (administration).

Chances of promotion? – outsiders at best. More likely mid table providing we can somehow keep all our first 11 fit all season never have to bring a substitute on with more than 20 min to go and even then, be 3 nil up.

If relegated any new owner could save maybe another 20 million or even more. Thats quite a war chest to put aside in funding a division 1 promotion drive and also purging the high contracts players as well.

The best result (long term for Albion) would indeed be a collapse in club results as well as attendances to speed up this sour situation.
The present value of the club has to be significantly lowered along with its projections going forward. As this is a sadly a results driffent sport, that of course means losing games consistently.
I would prefare that then Lai get a penny of his money back.
Difficult for some to take but would be best in my view.
