Thread: We are frigged

Surely we need to give them until at least the end of the window before making any judgements.

Not a lot they could do about the release clauses or the injuries.

The four players signed so far are pretty good another 4 to 6 needed.

I have kept one eye on this board for the last few months without posting - other than the competitions - and I see absolutely nothing has changed in terms of the negativity. sad really

    Hello Tich,

I'm sure I speak for all those who post here in saying that our thoughts continue to be with you following your loss.

I'm equally sure that we would all wish to be able to post positive comments regarding LUFC and developments both on and off the field. Unfortunately, with the exception of Daniel Farke as new manager/coach, there would appear to be little to be positive about, with the 1st team squad decimated and newcomers being limited to a substitute GK, a returning prodigal who hopefully will stay fit but who knows, a CB who has played 30 games in 3 seasons, and Ampadu, who in fairness has looked ok so far.

We have 1 point from our first two games, and have shown next to no threat going forward.

Bit hard to be positive atm.

    Hey Tichhi

I guess some people see light and some only shadow.

Hope you are keeping as well as can be.

Hiya Tichi lad , hope you and your family are doing as well as you possibly can during this sad time.

Not much to be happy about at the moment pal , these loan clauses Orta put in have really shafted us and silly willy isn't helping with his baby like petulance.
Add to that the recent news that Sinisterra has got some kind of termination clause in his contract its like just when will we have some good positive news???

Fingers crossed things look a lot better this time next week cos one things for sure is we are running out of time and as it stand our attack is panther piss!

    Tichi

Will have a go at some of the high points

We seem to have appointed a decent manager who speaks with refreshing candour

The incoming signings so far have been good - Ampadu looks like a great signing for this league. We are clearly not yet done in trying to bring more in - ergo the near miss with Aarons and what Farke is saying.

All the youngsters that were supposed to leave en mass according to the chief doomster and gloom after are still here - Drameh, Joffy, Cresswell, Joseph etc

Archie Gray looks to be a superstar in the making.

If we let anyone else go from the pool Farke wants to keep we will get money for them.

    No more Orta

    No more Radz

Whatever the results no other club I would want to support.

    Keep the faith - MOT

at the risk of "sounding negative".

Adams gone. 20 million. probably 15 million left on table due to orta. He'll be a 50 million player in a year or two.

he was the best player for us last year until injured.

Fee reported to be 23 plus add ons - might mean we have money to spend now too.

The three strong rumours still seem to be

Charlie Taylor - he would be good
Harwood Bellis - he would be excellent
Piroe - oh to actually have a proper ST

I think Sinnisterra is easily the best player at the club so if he stays that would be great - if he goes then we will get a decent fee for him meaning we can bring in players.

It kind of is what it is but it’s being worked through and partly out of the clubs hands.

Hey ho onwards towards tonight 😎
