Had PW still been here, and we were having this amount of injuries, he would have been slated. Under PW we most definitely had more than our fair share of muscular injuries (Hamstring, Calf, Groin) and most of us on here, me included, did think that PW's obsession with fitness was a big part of that but since he left, nearly a year ago, we have still had lots of these kind of injuries, but nobody has put the blame on that onto MT so unless lots of other teams are having similar problems then maybe it's just down to a hard season in professional football. I think it is a mixture of rotten luck and a fairly small squad.

Considering how injuries have gone since PW left Scum, that is more than likely true, but I do think that because PW was a fitness coach before manager, more than a few of us linked the amount of injuries to that. UTM

Blame for their 1st goal being put on Dext by some. Clarke who'll be on wages our players can only dream about can only cut inside from wide left he got his cross in then tell me who should have dealt with it?

What you on about. It was rathbone who didn't close down the cross. It was bramhall who let the header back across the goal. It was Blackett who lost the goal scorer and Viktor was rooted to the line. Who would you like to blame???

Sounds like the whole bloody lot of them to me 🙂.
Gru loves a scapegoat though so I'm guessing he'll blame Bramall because he likes to criticise him.

Not certain now who didn't close Clarke down then a free header in from the cross from which the goal was scored. Away from home our defence it's got to be better but if we are on the back foot most of the game there's not only the defence to blame.

Sunderland were good. Maybe some thought they were poor and I understand that but we made them look poor.

If we continue to play in the same way then we’ll be fine.

Like others have said with the concern of the depth of the squad but the window is still open and players will get over their injuries.
I watched the first half and was impressed by our play.
I watched the extended highlights back, their equaliser, Neil looked offside for the header back. Criticism of Bramhall unfair, criticise the Lino. VAR would have saved us!
