    Taylor Harwood-Bellis

Has signed for Southampton, one year loan deal. What is going on here? Have we missed out?

I remember him being quoted as saying that, if he were to go out on loan again, he would only want to go back to Burnley.

    Another Kieran Trippier I guess.

Bit of a mystery, the concensus last season was that we had a future England international on our hands, yet there are 20 PL teams and it seems like not a single one wants him, even on loan. Were we all wrong about him ?

I watched him in the Euros winning Under-21's and he was Captain Fantastic but VK had a season with him and got the chequebook out to buy Beyer and left THB well alone.

    I'm confused, I really am.

I wanted him to stay. Him and Breyer looked a good confident unit, even when Muric was playing tricks with the ball. Southampton will have no problem with him at all, but why no PL clubs were interested, God knows.

I am wondering if there has been a Pep/ Man City fall out. We where very much interested in THB and Palmer, and a few other city youngsters. Yet after last season its all gone dry..

This conspiracy theory surely disproved by James Trafford?
