I'll look into it but tbh I think that the owners are not interested in what fans have got to say, I take that from reading the agm notes when I was on the nonsense forum across the Internet road. It seemed to be the same thing every time with the odd small thing changed.

Campy or nothing for them, no quite dens or nothing for me.

D4l promised answers then about turned and tried to cosy up to Linda, the cauldest fish in Scottish football. 🙄

They owe their members a big explanation but none has been forthcoming.

Wasting your time joining.....same old, same old.

They are a membership based democratic body. If we don't think the current Dee4life board is acting in our best interests then we can challenge them at the agm and remove them if enough members think they are acting against the best interests of the members.

    Not a member.

The A shares is the only thing that keeps them moderately relevant but even that dosent hold any relevance in Linda's eyes.

I think you will have less at this AGM than last time to be honest.

Seems to be the case, could see that premise with the agm notes. Seems to me the dee4life are *****footing around instead of getting answers for actual concerned fans instead of the individuals that go every meeting for Linda and the free biscuits. Us concerned fans will continue to have concerns and questions that probably will never get answered. Probably when Dens starts falling down is when we'll actually get somewhere tho that's a time I would rather not see tbh.

Would like to see someone who has practical experience of managing a football club, any football club not necessarily with a DFC pedigree. Also .maybe someone with a journalistic background who could phrase questions appropriately.
Seems to me there is a simple reason why any questions about Dens and the new stadium are ignored. Nobody knows how the new stadium will be financed. It is a work in progress and the signs are not encouraging imo. That's why I think a bit of focus on the current situation re TD, the players and Dens is needed.
Let the owners worry about Campy. We need to focus on the playing side and the state of our ground and the amount of support we can generate.

They completely changed direction from what was almost promised but not quite at the AGM.

They can take D4L in any direction they want but why not say at AGM " what the body of the Kirk wants isnae for us we are gonna try jaw jaw jaw and infinitum" then folk wudnt be left scratching their heads wondering why they changed direction.

Anyway my advice is don't bother and membership numbers suggest the vast majority of Dundee fans arnt.

Only thing they can do now is don't sell the A shares but after previous about turn.....who knows.

This year’s D4L AGM which is due to be held by 30th November 2023 should be interesting when D4L Chairman has to tell the members present what the D4L board of directors have done in their attempts to get their nominated primary representative elected on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors under rules 79-82 of the Club’s Articles of Association since the previous AGM held on 19th November 2022.
