To be fair, there's only been two ex-pros who were ever completely natural in front of the cameras and not at all wooden in a presenting role (Hill and Icke). They should stick to professional broadcasters as hosts and use some journalists instead of exclusively using players as pundits, which RTE in Ireland apparently used to do with great success.
