The relegation season. Dont accept this.

    Pep couldn't have saved us.

You do recall he was brought in at the last minute and by my reckoning would have succeeded if the season was one or two games longer?

You do recall how fkn shocking the team was?

Look at the players he was allowed to bring in and sign, and the money he had as opposed to Rafa.

If the positions had been reversed Rafa would have had success here.

Bruce's interview with Simon Jordan. Truly a pair of CabbageHeeds.

I refuse to give this clown oxygen, won't be watching or reading anything about him.

This is clearly Cabbage using his buddy Jordan's platform to put himself back in the shop window.

I'm working on setting up a media company here in the Middle East with Newcastle United as the focus.

Once we are up and running we will be doing profiles of all our previous manager. The reports will be details and based in fact. We will be then spending a lot of money on ensuring that our content is at the top of everyone's pages.

The Bruce report will detail precisely what a loser this guy is & how, throughout his entire managerial career he is been a failure.

    It's going to be sweet.

Fatso didn't want Shearer or Rafa to succeed. He was happy the way we were, profiteering, 17th, selling our players, ruining reputations, lieing to the fans to get another year of Sky money.

I love these fkn history revisionists

I listened to the whole podcast.

Bruce comes across as a nice guy. He speaks well, and I was starting to sympathise with him, until he started talking about Newcastle.
He still doesn't seem to accept any responsbility for the poor peformances etc. Simon Jordan pointed out how players have come on so much since he left, Joelinton and Almiron, Longstaff etc. Bruce didn't really address it, only to say he never considered Joelinton could play in mid.

He was again trying to take crediot for the appointment of Howe. He said he recommended Gerrard also.

He had a dig at the press. Craig Hope in particular.

I think the truth is, he just wasn't the right fit for Newcastle as a club. Not in any way, shape or form.
He lacked ambition, integirty, tactical knowledge, you name it. He ruined the careers of certain players and delayed the development of others.

There is a reason fans regard Rafa so highly and Bruce so low, despite simialr league finishes. Rafa always felt like one of us, Bruce never did.

The guy is in complete denial.

    Great sum up Bruno.

It's amazing how Bruce can't accept how ****e he was here, he can't accept his time has gone.

Putting himself in the shop window - poor ****ers who get him. . . and I bet there will be some chairman in Chimpo who'll take a punt.

The squad wasn’t fit and he still cut the training to a minimum. These are basics and the man’s a f*cking charlatan.

The lad who relegated Bournemouth? How about the man who brought Bournemouth from the 4th division to the PL? He couldn’t lace Howe’s boots.
