I was looking forward to Koleosho flying passed Trippier but I suppose he can do the same to Burns.

Good news for us if Zaroury is back on form, he wasn't the same player at the back end of last season.

My lad managed to get a ticket and said the gulf in class between the two teams was embarrassing.

He reckons Zaroury and Larsen must be squeezed in somewhere. An embarrassment of riches, but perhaps still not good enough for the EPL?

Clinton Morrison was covering the game for Sky and he was saying the same, Burnley well on top, like a training exercise, playing in cruise control.

Which PL are you referring to mon ami ? The one with Spurs, United, City and Villa in it ? In which case I would agree, we aren't good enough. Or the other one with Forest in it, who but for VAR we would have beaten twice on their own ground, we look comfortably good enough for that version of it to me, and that's the one that matters.

20 teams in the EPL mon ami each play each other team twice.

It's up to each team to be up to scratch to compete in the league.

    Muric/Trafford.
Roberts, Vitinho, Ekdal, Al-Dakhil, O'Shea, Beyer, Taylor, Delcroix.
Cullen, Berge, Cork, JBG, Brownhill, Massengo, Redmond.
Foster, Benson, Zaroury, Amdouni, Jay Rod, Larsen, Odobert, Tresor & Koleosho.

FFS even I could get a tune out of that lot.

I am convinced that we have the players to stay up.

Everyone is learning, including VK. I think he was naïve in switching Koleosho to the right wing v Manure. Dalet was on a yellow and couldn’t handle the pace. We could have got them down to 10 men!

I am not sure we know our best 11 yet either. Berge is growing in confidence, Zaroury is coming back to the boil, Brun Larson has been impressive to name three. And yet JBG starts?

Someone is on the fiddle here by the sound of it and I can’t see Nero in that squad, not forgetting big John Wayne on xylophone, Lord Snooty and his pals tap dancing, Roy Rogers on Trigger and a great favourite J Arthur Rank on gong.
