Great stats to read long may they continue. Now, where's his back up player to pick up these flick ons ?

On who scored he is 2nd on no aerials won per game...though is top on aerials lost! Over 8 per game with 73 in total.

So he loses more aerial battles then he wins, maybe as he spends more time wrestling.

We do like a target man though.

Lets look at stats for Smith's last season with us in Championship 20/21, he wins more than he loses. Look at the stats for Kieffer per game.

Notice the player below Smith, a certain Hall managed 19 games, but wins the ball in the air

The thing is that while Georgie is not yet the finished article, there are at least 4 aspects of his game where he unarguably is far, far better than Hugill

    scoring goals
running (with and without the ball)
    assists
    winning headers

Imagine where Georgie would be on those stats if he got enough minutes - but that would mean that he weren't playing for a manager who is obsessed with donkeys and Jackie Pallo

Apart from him pissing some off with his antics, Hugill is a good player, we’ve seen it but you can only do so much without help

Yes I would like to see Kelly given more game time but atm MT thinks otherwise, tbh I actually thought Kelly might have gone out on
    loan

So the stats are bollox depending which you look at?
