I do not believe anything that is stated in this press release by DBPH as there is a glaring mistake in it.

No stomping of feet here, I realise those that want to stay at Dens have lost
It might be a roaring success but it will be for the owners of the new stadium not Dundee Football Club who will still be in the same position as they are at present.
They will have to pay an annual rent to the owners of the new stadium whilst still being responsible for the cost of all maintenance and improvements in the new stadium.
There is no guarantee that Dundee Football Club will keep all the profits of the new stadium’s restaurants and bars which happens at present.
It is more likely that the new owners will keep all the profits from the new stadium’s restaurants and bars as they try to recoup their huge financial outlay as soon as possible.
It will not be my problem as Dundee Football Club’s last ever home game at Dens Park will be the last time that I attend a Dundee FC home game in person.

I would hope that there will be an organised protest before the home game against Ross County and during the game as FPS have not carried what they said that they would do when they purchased a majority shareholding in Dundee Football Club Limited in August 2013.
Partick Thistle supporters organised a protest before their Scottish Cup tie on Saturday 26th November 2022 because then wanted rid of their Chairwoman and board of directors.
They got their wish and the Partick Thistle Chairwoman and fellow board of directors resigned.
    Supporters power won the day.

You think that’s going to happen at Dens?

Well that last sentence would be another positive for the new stadium especially if you followed it up by making it the last time you posted on here and stopped making us suffer with your never-ending negative p1sh. Have said it before and say it again; why are you a Dundee 'supporter' when you never ever have a good word to say about them? I'm no fan of the so called 'Pravda' site but ffs I sure can see why they banned you!

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion even if you do not agree with it.

If you feel so strongly, why don’t you organise it?

I don’t think many agree with you. You’re never ending negative pish, and hatred of all things FPS, is tiresome.

There is actually a fair amount of what you post that I agree with and you are right that everyone is entitled to their own opinion in this 'woke' inflicted world even if I don't agree with it. It is the sheer volume of negativity against the club, however, that bothers me. You don't come across as a true supporter of many many years which you no doubt are but more like a DAB (which you most certainly aren't) trying to down the club at every opportunity. Even "returnofrross" who can be a bit negative (he comes across as a thrawin' old bugger at times and I only use that term because I reckon he would embrace it and wear said term as a badge of honour) has much good to say about the club but intersperses his concerns with some positivity and posts about the team on the park. I am much more in tune with his posts than yours Islay apart from just not seeing the complete distrust of the Americans and all their motives. I reckon they have made mistakes, need to improve their PR etc. but if they were only here to try to make money, running a football club is a funny way of going about it. Other than Fergus McCann who in Scotland has ever done so.

To sum up a number of posters on here (me included) have rightly criticised things but don't come over as bitter as you do by any manner of means. You're obsessed man, lighten up a little and a lot more will take your posts more seriously and, lastly, post something positive and I'll be the first on to acknowledge it.
