I did wonder at the non penalty for Swindon in the first half, but the camera did not give a clear indication of what happened. However, pretty sure that the linesman had a good view of it and gave nothing so if his view was wrong, like the offside decisions which went against Notts playing Coventry, you could say that it was the his fellow officials’ decisions rather than Drysdale’s at fault.
If it was the Cameron challenge it certainly looked as though he took the ball, yes he came in from the side but ball first? Nothing from the linesman who was looking straight at it and nothing on this mornings extended highlights about it.

Possibly the worst kick-off I have ever seen at professional level.
A subtle and clever back heel to surprise the opposition?

Problem is, it surprised his team mates even more!

Ha ha I forgot about the KO.
The best case scenario was his player ran onto it and would be 3 yards inside our half, facing our midfield and back 3!
The next pass was still going to be backwards!

Great performance from everyone last night, especially the back 3 after the mauling they took on Saturday....thought Cameron & Brindley were superb with a couple of goal scoring blocks from them both when Swindon were on top!
The crowd reaction when Swindon were rampant was a joy to be involved in....I hope that got through to the players!
I thought we would crack 10,000 again, especially with the promise of a top team visiting with a great amount of support and the 'Bring a friend for £1' offer.....the Family Stand was back to it's usual 1/4 full which is a shame as when it was 3/4 full v Forest Green it did look and sound impressive!

Yeah, the same Darren Drysdale who squared up to Alan Judge too.

Their goal was dodgy. The rule states that a throw in has to be taken from where the ball went out. The throw that led to the goal was taken about 6 yards away from where it went out.
Add that to the list of his bad decisions!

The family stand isn't going to be full on a night match, children tend to have bed times...

I expect this is just the sort of thing that will turn up in 50 years time as an example of why football was terrible in the 2020s and serve as proof that the teams of the 2070s would run rings around them and that "Messi and Ronaldo wouldn't make the Burnley reserves sub bench today and honours should only count from 2050 when I started watching it."
