They shud build on that support by being transparent with future playing plans in between moving but John Nelms probably doesn't view this as important.
    It obviously is.
More chance of transparency from North Korea.

Interesting, leaflet says meeting is on Monday 24th October. In fact Tuesday is the 24th October.
Is this a cunning plan to get people turning up on 24th when the event is actually taking place on Monday 23rd October.

    It's last year's consultation.

Do they want to hold a consultation?

If they have to they will I suppose. But if they don't then chances are they won't.

Only 14% objections from the 55 people who took the trouble to complete the comments form out of of the 105 people who attended the Pre Consultation meeting in the Landmark Hotel on 26th September 2022, not on 26th October 2022 as stated in the Current News section of the ten page document.

It is an online consultation which I assume is too save the cost of having to hire premises to hold their 3rd Pre Application meeting in person.
Most companies have one Pre application meeting shortly before their plans for full planning permission are submitted to their authority.

I still have one of the feedback forms from the Pre Application meeting on Monday 26th September 2022.
I made a hash of filling it out and completed a second form. My wife kept my original form which has provided handy for information.
    The question on the Feedback form was;
    1. What’s your overall position towards the development.
    Strongly Support
    Support
    Neither Support or Oppose
    Oppose
    Strongly Oppose.
    2. Please give your reason for the answer to Question 1.
On the back page of the Feedback form the last paragraph states.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 we have a legal duty to protect your personal information.
    The following is highlighted.
‘We will only use personal information you supply for the reason for which you provided it.
We will only hold information for as long as necessary to fulfil that purpose.
We will not pass your information to any other parties’.
Sadly the Directors of Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited did not practice what they preached as the personal submission about the proposed Stadium and Mixed Use Development at Camperdown Leisure Park by a Dee4life Director was sent to all the Dee4life directors along with the Letter signed Dundee Football Club Ltd on 7th December 2022 which was mentioned in the latest Dee4life newsletter.
The reference number for the Pre Application meeting on 26th September 2022 is listed on the feedback form as 22/00348/PAN.
In my opinion the question was skewed to make the answers in favour of the development.
A more important question would be.
Are you in favour of the new stadium being built at the Camperdown Leisure Park. Yes/No
Please give your reason for your answer to the above question.

They could not get the date of the Public Consultation meeting on 26th September 2022 correct in the leaflet (it is quoted as 26th October 2022) so not surprising that the meeting is being held Monday 24th October.
They are probably using last year’s calendar.
