There have been enough cases of people trying to prove Putin influenced Brexit, that have been laughed out of court.
The most successful thought control works at a subconscious level. No one is suggesting that you are directly influenced by Putin or Xi or even Modi.
Is it only arrogant lefties that think those not sharing their views are 'too thick'? I know a few conceited righties, many of whom appear regularly in / on the meeja who are just as guilty.

If you believe Rory Stewart, about MP's not knowing what was going on, do you think they know what is going on now. I will give them a clue, three letters, WEF.

sidders, I don't think the message on the side of the bus was at a very subconscious level LOL.

EP if only the Remain leaders were not such honest and laudible people. Look what you could have won.

I look at what we all lost because of the Brexit liars.

Well not quite all of us, the main liar became Prime Minister.

Haha so it was Putin that was responsible for the infamous red bus slogan.
You're right, my apologies, I got you confused with UTM.

Banks did meet at the ambassador on several occasions. His court case didn't disprove that, and he did lie about it.

"Rich guy wins defamation case" shouldn't be taken to mean everything you hear about him from the press is false...

So, is Rishi Sunak talking sense or being brave in his attempt to swing opinion? - be interesting to see how his comments at the Party Conference go down with the media and the voters at large!

I think it's great that the Tories have the answers to all of our problems.

If only they had been in charge for the last 13 years.

Sunak knows he can't keep doing more of the same because it hasn't worked, so he has to gamble. He doesn't know where to put his chips though, because wherever he puts them he will upset half of his own party because they are so divided.

This conference seems more like an application process to replace him.

The same can be said for Labour with Starmer. When he became leader he wanted to be Corbyn and now he wants to be Blair. Both parties are split but that will be more of an issue for Labour in the next election. Personally at the moment neither will be getting my vote.
