The Pavis, Kop and JS stands are completely sold out, but 100 or so tickets are available in the Family Stand.[/QUOTE]
On the face of it this is true Elite. However, we have only sold the tickets that they have made available.
They do not sell tickets for the entire back row of the Pavis or the Kop (safety??) and have not made available the front 2 rows of the Kop either. Also other little pockets of seats are usually left empty. People may sit in some of those seats during the match but they are not made available when tickets go on sale.
So when people are trying to guess the crowd they should take that into account. Also TV cameras for this match are taking well over 100 seats.
As to why they do it?? Safety is probably the answer they would give but it is strange that extra groups of seats tend to pop up from time to time. Yesterday well over 200 seats suddenly "appeared" in the Family Stand and this maybe this would have required an extra steward. Perhaps someone on here has a better idea.
On an ongoing basis, if we want to grow the club and its' support, it is something that will have to be sorted. We can't go allocating nearly 25% of the seats to the opposition when some of that space could be made available to Notts' fans. If we play Mansfield in the playoff, I don't want to see this again. I do know there are particular issues for these opponents with fans having to have had a purchase history.
Do we want to give Wrexham, Bradford etc 25%. In my view it considerbly diminishes home advantage.

Bout @120 left in the Famalam now.
Until it is actually known for certain that the new poster is the same person as the banned poster, why not give them the benefit of the doubt until such time as they break a rule? Unless I've missed it, the only thing TFTY has done is post about football and make harmless comments about beaches etc. It might also be helpful if the old mob didn't bait this apparently 'new' poster. Just a thought!

I think Elite has already covered that.i certainly won't be pretending that TFTY isn't laddo and I'm not bothered about him when he posts footy talk.Personally I think he's taking the mick when he starts asking the board about old posters making out he doesn't know about the recent goings on.I don't see how calling him out about his past is baiting, one could say him posting a single word on here after a lifetime ban is baiting.Out of interest how do you get definitive proof that a new poster is an old one incognito?
Mansfield ticket !!
I assume Swale will be watching newbies very closely ( in truth he has a few eager helpers) but as long as he keeps his nose clean who really cares, I doubt if he would be the first one to return & certainly doubt if he will be the last. Live & let live, life's to short I say.
