    Tonali's ban

Confirmed as 10 months, which we all expected, plus the usual going on courses and giving lectures to youngsters.

    We will miss him badly.

    True!!

So, banned until the start of next season. I presume he won’t be able to play in pre-season friendlies but, hopefully, is allowed to train?

As mentioned earlier, let’s pretend he’s done his cruciate and get on with it. I hope the club put him to work where possible and manage to recoup some money through a salary reduction.

Hopefully be allowed back for pre season training. Maybe a loan deal for his replacement second half of the season?

Keep the powder dry for a forward that’s not made of glass??

I think it would be fair if Milan paid every single bit of his salary over the banned period.

It would be difficult for them to deny knowing an inkling of all of this.

We could do with another Centre forward, Isaks a sick note at the moment, break the bank and get the Napoli striker who’s name I can’t spell.

Seems it’s a ban from playing, not a total football ban. So still ok to train with the team

I hope so. He’s a quality player for our team to practice ‘against’.

Well, that's best news to come out of this sad situation.

Seeing as besides training, he will have more time on his hands than the rest of the playing squad, it would be good if he did some coaching and "mentoring" with the youngsters. I'm sure it would do both him and them the world of good.

He can also take part in club "friendlies" . . . so watch us line up a load with likes of Gateshead etc. in coming months.

At least this means he'll get all the training to be how Howe want's the team player, time to learn English so he completely understands.

Much rather have him playing but silver linings etc.
