No because you have struggled to manage your Sunday lunch let alone manage people…you are just good at criticising people that have and talking tosh about players - have you ever managed anyone in a workplace ?

That could work with 2 defensive midfield players who sit and Didzy or Langstaff able to drop into a 10 position to get on the ball in space so a tweak between what we now play and what you have suggested.
Also like the idea of Crowley central rather than right gives him more space to operate and as proved yesterday gives him chance to go either way

Baldwin 7.5 - involved a lot, some great blocks and challenges
Rawlinson 6.5 - did ok on his less favoured side
Adebayo 6 - a bit mixed with his crossing, seemed to tire
Nemane 5.5 - completely ineffective playing inside, improved in his normal position
Austin 6.5 - worked hard, better going forward than defending
O'Brien 7 - competed well, and his passing was better than it has been
Crowley 7.5 - another goal, and caused them problems throughout
Jones 7 - closely marked but still put some good balls in
McGoldrick 8* - showed his class, two assists and a superbly taken goal

Tipton 6.5 - linked play well when he came on, did his bit defensively
Langstaff 8 - looked well up for it, typical finish and unlucky not to get a second
Cisse and Gill - good to see them get a few minutes, can only do them good

Although we missed the control that Palmer and Bostock give us in the middle we did alright with a makeshift team. We were a bit too easy to play through, but the defenders stuck at it and our extra quality up front won the day.
    Agree with most.
Stone - you could also say the same about Slocombe
Macari - definitely starting to make the position his own for now but seems to just lack a little bit of confidence and will usually pass back when pressed. I think it will come with time.
Baldwin - was largely to blame imo for their first goal - carried the ball out far too far and then carelessly lost it, leaving us badly exposed.
    Rawlinson - played well.
    O'Brien - good.
Tipton - He looks a strong lad and when he tops up his match minutes could well have a role to fulfill.

It was good to see some long corners for a change, especially from Adebayo. It was probably down to Matty Palmers' absence.
    Keeps the oppo guessing.

Overall, I really enjoyed the match between 2 attacking sides. Perhaps it was because 3 points weren't at stake. Good value.

Instead of telling others what to do, why didn't you post your match ratings?

You could have pretended you were there.
