I agree, fitness is key going forward and that comes from training and more balance between youth and experience. A while back I posted a research study that was published recently about hamstring injuries and it showed that the coaching and training was a big factor in the number of hamstring injuries, it isn't just bad luck.
I've watched about 4-5 games this week (not including ours) and I've counted 7 players from those games who have gone off/are now out due to hamstring injuries so it's definitely not just an RUFC thing despite what many of the usual suspects would have us believe.
