But really he's a bit like Rafa, very analytical and tries to be objective at all times, which you can argue is a very strong quality to have when things are going against the team. Plus he has Jason Tindall by his side and he seems to be the one bringing the fire to the party.

A great partnership, a bit like Clough and Taylor.
We don't see the fire in public because EH is a class act.

EH eluded to his true feelings when interviewed post match saying 'I'll let you say that Ali (McCoist) I can not say such things but I agree with you' (I'm paraphrasing here of course) Go back and watch the interview and you'll get my gist.

You can guarantee that in the dressing room EH will have been raging for the lads. That passion is there he's just not man of dignity and respect. He strikes me a person who is very focused and passionate, rather than wasting his energy throwing a hissy fit and chucking his arms around like a child he internalises his anger and redoubles his efforts to improve and beat the odds to win, vindicating his beliefs.

I applaud his style and much like the board we are from top to bottom managed by people of class, quality and distinction.

Long may he rein, long may he manage us. The man will bring silverware to SJP. Of that I have no doubt.

Exactly, just compare him to that Arse-anal coach or Goofy at Liverpool. A million % more dignity.
