Both der Hun and the green filth don't realise that having the referees on their side in Scotland actually weakens them when playing in Europe.

They can't accept on the European stage they are just minnows.

A lot of games aff today, which means we won't be slipping to the bottom of the table, and our pants can remain dry for now.

The Super Saintees are leading Sellick 1-0 at half time. Sellick have not yet had a penalty, though.

A cracking game on the BBC tonight.

    Raith 4 Partick 3.

Raith two up and Thistle then go score three, only for Raith to hit a further two.

Two teams really going for it and the Raith win saw them go top of the league, taking over from the Jute.

Raith have an experienced manager who plays good football, tends to get his teams punching & would be fairly cheap.

Yeah but is he a proper manager that the usual suspects would like?

He's in the course of serving a decent apprenticeship, but his previous spell at St Mirren is a worrying blot on his CV.
I seem to recall it was short and pretty disasterous.
Managers learn from experiences like that but I think I'd be more comfortable having seen him have some success at a bigger full-time club before having him at the Pitt.

I thought both teams played good football last night.

I think if we did go for another young, lower level manager, I would prefer to have an older experienced head at the club to give guidance when needed.

Maybe an appointment like Strachan would be good.

Did Murray not play for the deid club?
