Choose your next Manager

Yep not without risk flour true. As long as he is learning from his mistakes that is something. If he can break the injury hoodoo as well that has got to be worth a few points for us. The next couple of games will prob tell us a lot about him. If it is disastrous still not too late to get a new manager in who will have a transfer window.

TS should get in touch with Michael Duff.A well thought of manager, who did an excellent job at Barnsley and would be the ideal choice for us.Let's get on fast track to get this done.

Well it seems we have had a few duffers up to now so why not another one.

I think T/S will be very reluctant to spend anymore money after what we’ve just spent & failed.

Problem will be same as the manager situation in the transfer window,players will not want to come,with a likely worsening league position and we will be having same discussion's about that too..

Sadly the only way now is to rebuild and have a few seasons in league one and bottom out and get some proper foundations laid and manager and style and identity to be able to compete in championship,a bit like what Ipswich have done..

Looking at what wilder has achieved Evan at Middlesbrough he had a 40% win rate and that was looked on as not good enough. He's managed 6 clubs and remove Watford 11 games with 2 wins he has over 40% win rate at all the others (314 games). He would be a Great shout

That was the plan when we set Redfern on, build the academy & plan for the future but that didn’t last long, not a knock on T/S but he wants it now he will not wait to build he’s proven that.
