All is fair in love and war, BT, has always been the case, therefore, not murder, it is collateral damage.
Ask any Londoners or inhabitants of Coventry and lots of other cities worldwide throughout any conflict. They did not want to be victims of war, however, because of politicians, dictators, terrorists or whatever it was and still is unavoidable ------and always will be.

This is unbridled wholesale killing on a mass scale mein freund.

Palestine is not a recognised state so why are the Israelis killing defenceless people living in the Israeli Occupied Territories?

If I recall correctly Neville Chamberlain declared war with Germany, the Palestinian Arabs have not.

WHo rules in Gaza ---oh yes, Hamas and they committed an atrocity against a race which has suffered interminably in the past and are not willing to stand back and let it happen again, therefore, we have the present situation.
You said that every action has a consequence ----it certainly has proved to be the case this time. As I said, Palestinian Arabs are suffering collateral damage because of the actions of the people governing them.
Like the rest of us, when governments decide to do stupid things we citizens are just stuck in the middle of their stupid games,
