"Jews" are not a "race"; Jews include individuals of enormously diverse origins and physical appearances, making the idea that Jews could easily be designated a "race" totally implausible.

The point was hammered home to me when I visited Auschwitz; 1.5 million people shot and gassed to death simply because they belonged to an ethnoreligious group.

I will honestly go to my grave trying to understand the hatred that would see 6 million people slaughtered in the Holocaust.

I have stopped referring to the horrors perpetrated on the West Bank and Gaza as "genocide" because the slaughter of the Palestinian innocents is on the insistence of a man who should be tried as a war criminal.

The Nazi conducted Holocaust and the butchering of almost a million Rwandans by machetes are the epitome of genocide.

17000 people murdered by a technological war machine is a war crime but falls short of being labelled genocide IMHO.
