    Jonny Evans

Started watching the Man U v Vile match last night and Jonny Evans still a class act. Loved him at West Brom but keep him injury free he’s still class as he was last night.

    Well done Jonny

Indeed! We were only talking about him at work the other night. He'll be 36 soon but still playing an important part for Manure. As you say, a class player who was a big part of our team under Pulis until we lost him to Leicester-not that I blame him for leaving and wanting to play in the Premiership but that relegation clause meant he went for an absurdly low amount. If I remember rightly he went for £3.5 m when we'd turned down an offer of £25 m or something stupid from them beforehand. Five plus years later he is back playing for Utd in the prem. Hats off to him!

Why did he go (Leics?)[/QBig wages and a signing on fee.
He had a clause for a cheap fee if we got relagated.
We had a big offer which we turned down, before the relagation season big mistake .
I thought he coasted through the season and avoided heavy tackles to get his money move .
In my opinion let us down .
Craig Dawson was the opposite always 100% top pro.

Thanks for the reminder soulman buddy !
I must say I rated him, but maybe overlooked some issues ?
Agree 100% re Dawson, but thought he jumped ship too quickly - albeit maybe understandably.

To be fair - better club and more money! Left in the right way and for me he was class and still class for a top team. We don’t have a single player who could cut it in the Premier League and that’s the reality.

    100 % agree Lloyd.
