JG Signings have generally been good with Gallagher, Holt, Moult and Docherty.. Compared woth the random signings Tony forced on other managers..

I get the impression JG is fully in control of squad matters and makes the decisions re players in and out.. (subject to budget). Hopefully he has a signing or two up his sleeve..
