So.. it all falls through and they have just undermined LWs position, by effectively announcing it. Saying nothing until the is are dotted and ts crossed is the way to go in my book. At least they give themselves options should it fall through.

The other factors that most seem to miss is the plan…. It’s not as simple as announcing LW has left and took supporting staff. Fans would rightly want to know what’s happening with the team, who is looking after training etc…

No but look at what happened when Nolan went for the Shrewsbury job and the squad found out? He lost all authority as they saw him as looking for a way out
