    ... with wonderful hindsight, have always felt concerned when family don't move to be local to the club. Seems to go in phases; some clubs insist, then, depending upon circumstances, permit long distance travel/hotel stay-overs. Even though his wife has her own business, apparently, and children are young, this smacks of some lack of commitment to Like.

    Luke Williams has met and been on the grass with The Swans players this afternoon according to my friend who works alongside the Swansea first team.

    I used to live in Newport... it is 1 1/2 hours each way... unless the Brynglas Tunnel was blocked in which car it was more like 2 1/2.

    According to Google maps right now:

    Newport to Swansea - 1 hour 2 mins each way

    Newport to Nottingham - 2 hours 41 mins each way

    The roads were cobbled when I lived there and you had to change horses at Bridgend.
