Newport to Swansea a 3 hour round trip, ?? is that on a bicycle

I used to live in Newport... it is 1 1/2 hours each way... unless the Brynglas Tunnel was blocked in which car it was more like 2 1/2.

The roads were cobbled when I lived there and you had to change horses at Bridgend.
