I don't actually thinks he *******s them. I think he *******s them if they're not picking the run but most of the time he's shouting at himself 🤣

Until the Bros appoint a new coach there is no-one better qualified than Jim to run things in the interim. Good luck Jim

Can't think of a better person on the current staff to take charge. Has his badges, loves the club, knows the players, has a passion for the club waaaaay beyond the usual badge-kissing nonsense... and to top it off he even has a Notts magpie tattoo!

    Good luck Jim!

I've already mentioned on here that this season was beginning to remind me a bit of season 1999/00, let's not have another Gary Brazil scenario.

By all means keep JOB as caretaker so long as we're winning but I'd be very cautious about calling for him to get the job permanently. Remember Russell Slade and Chris Kiwomya. It could also be argued that giving Ron Fenton the job in 1975 was the biggest disaster of all time, seeing where we were (in relation to Fword) at the time he was appointed. An experienced man rather than Mick Walker might have made a massive difference to our trajectory long term as well.

I suppose the proof of the radar pudding will be seeing what players come in this month or will it all stall now that LW has left? Hopefully the squad won't sulk because he has gone and they will make a collective showing of commitment to JOB/NCFC. Whoever comes in will have a hard act to follow.

Think JOB is a definite gap filler, proof in the pudding will be who does come in to replace LW. Think Luke said in a previous interview that he thought the Reectz brothers would ensure the club would continue to florish even if he were not there. We will see if that is the case but I remain optimistic.

On a seperate point, would like to know the opinions of those who were berating LW for the lack of plan B.

P.S. Think JOB deserves a position in the club regardless of what happens.
