We are short of bodies on the bench that can make a difference, any positive result at the moment is a bonus, the club might be working hard but they need to give LR the tools to do his job, I am sure Boycie involvement in player recruitment doesn't help and creates unnecessary delays. Towner I think Derby is referring to Paul Douglas, I think and hope the supposedly planned announcement of a Director of Football (preferably someone with a football background) will as part of the job involve dealing with player contracts and getting realistic transfer fees for any of our players going out of the club, TS has repeatedly said he knows very little about football and Douglas? Well ask any of our fan base , Douglas could then have this part of his job taken away and concentrate on the commercial side for example
