Doesn't seem no logic when it comes to recruitment. We get wrong type of players in for us or past their best.

In your opinion who should we be signing at this level and fits into our wage structure?

edit... much logic. I know restraints but can't have been much research into some of the signings in this seasons summer transfer window.

It's more type of player like I said up to the level required who can sustain that most of the season.

. How much do you think players at championship level cost in transfer fees and wages ? I will answer it for you . Lot more than we have in our budget. That’s why we have past it , young loans from other teams academy squads and free transfers.

Apparently we're in for striker Callum Lang from Wigan. Perhaps we'll turn into Wiganrs' Walk...

Maybe selling a certain right back is the key to this one .

Do we really have to except that League 1 is our pinnacle?

I also wish we could establish ourselves as a Championship club or maybe more.

I equally don't want to see us end up like a Bury or Currently Readings issues.

Maybe we should just enjoy the rollercoaster that is Rotherham United.

I believe football success is largely determined by financial capacity.
If you have a rich chairman or board you will more than likely have success.
If you don't you will not have the highest level of success or regular sustained consistent success.
Am I happy where we are currently? Absolutely not and clearly mistakes and poor decisions have been made at all levels within the club. However when I look at the last 10 years or so it's been good and I have enjoyed it. We have done well, how many times have I heard that we are "punching above our weight ".
We have and continue to do so given our limited finances.
All we can do is hope, encourage , support the team and coaching staff and enjoy the ride.
    We are not down yet.
